Decisions made at the Administrative Services Office have a profound effect on each district building and classroom within Crestwood Local Schools. Today, school districts are asked to do more with less. It’s my responsibility to collaborate and find innovative ways to maximize the amount of resources and materials dedicated for our students.
As Director of Administrative Services, I am responsible for managing operational activities and working with the directors for the following departments:

Each of these departments, in some way, is critical to providing a positive learning environment for our students. Our objective is to maximize the amount of resources dedicated to our students by providing tools, techniques, processes and excellent support to the users of our services.
Other job responsibilities and duties include:
Recommending methods to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations to the superintendent
Security and safety
Purchasing of equipment, supplies, etc.
Utility management ( telephone, electric, gas, fuel)
Vendor contract negotiations maintenance and repair
Overseeing capital improvement projects such as needed repairs to sidewalks, classrooms or buildings
